Tell Me a Secret: Obviously they will keep getting lower!

Obviously they will keep getting lower!

Remember when I told you about the torture in the Iraqi prisons before?
well the worst of it, used to take place in the prison of Sahat al Nosour ( Al Nosour square ) which is controlled and ran by the national guards.
NOW it was discovered, when a video was released showing the torturing ways used there, with interviews with the victims.
The ministry of human rights inspected the prison last Thursday to find about 600 people in it, 56 were released immediately and 75 were tranfered to another prison.
They detainees who are Arab Sunni men said that they were arrested in the street or in their work places, without any legal charges pressed against them, and that they were forced to sign fake confessions about them making crimes. ( I can confirm that, it was happening where I was too ).
the pictures show marks of of severe torture on their bodies, using electricity among many other things.
Of course, Laith Kubba, the hateful spokesman of the so called Iraqi government refused to comment on the news.
Montadhir Al-Samirra'e the former supervisor of the National guards, who escaped Iraq about five months ago to live in Jordan after he survived two assassinations attempts, came forward lately to say that "horrible" things take place in the Iraqi prisons, and accused Badr Bridget, the Iranian-Shea militia of carrying them out.
he explained in addition to a CD that he has where he saved some of the torturing that happens in the prisons which he filmed himself, that " thousands of Iraqi men, some of them are teenagers, were beaten, burned and tortured with electricity which lead to the death of a lot of them ". He also said that there are ten secret prisons that he located three among them in Baghdad, and that there are also women prisons in the Areas of Kathimiyya and Rashad in Baghdad, where women are tortured and raped.
Read the full report ( in Arabic, all the above is my translation ) and see the pictures here.
The timing of this story, coming right before the elections, raises some (at least my) eyebrows, why haven't all this been published before, although it's well known since months?
obviously someone out there in the American administration think that its time for the current Iraqi government to leave, maybe they aren't friendly enough, I wonder how many games will it take in these coming elections to have Allawi or anyone like him, be the puppet number one?

Hi Khalid! Two ... no make that three things.

(1) How the hell are you !? :)

(2) If memory serves me correctly, Laith Kubba was a member of the INC or INA, the US patsy organisations that were brought in to rule by proxy. I seem to remember him being associated with the neocons. View whatever he says with extreme suspicion.

(2) My personal view is that the US allowed the Badr people to get out of hand deliberately so that the alternative - Allawi, aka the "Butcher of Fallujah", would look good. They are playing both sides of the fence, trying the usual divide & rule games.

If Sunni Iraqis go to the polls, everything they fought for and endured was for nothing.

The Americans don't care what the Sunnis vote for, as long as they are seen on news footage as going to the polls in large numbers so America can say "Democracy works in Iraq, the insurgents lost"...

Even if a majority of Sunni politicians are elected, how long afterwards are the Shia militias going to let them stay alive?

I THINK IRAQ SHOULD BE ABLE TO DETERMINE ITS OWN FATE. I AM GLAD SADAM IS GONE BUT FEEL WE NEED TO LET THE PEOPLE FORM THIER GOVERNMENT THE WAY THEY WANT IT TO BE EVEN IF ITS NOT THE WAY SOME AMERICANS WANT IT TO BE. I PRAY FOR PEACE IN YOUR HOMELAND!

Everything they fought for was for nothing... Thank god they have realized that. Now they take part in the process and vote.

I'm very proud of your countrymen, Khalid. Perhaps they will make it yet. Insha Allah

Assalamu Alaikum
I saw you on cbc television a couple of months ago and I recently read your dialogue/debate on islamonline.org.
Looking at the pictures in the above link reminds me of a documentary that I watched on truthout.org about what happened in Fallajuh. Shocking, heartbreaking and sickening...I can't even begin to write about how I felt and still feel about the destruction of a country and the devastation on a people. Recently I saw a clip of George Bush saying (very casually) that approx. 30 000 Iraqis have been killed to date, which doesn't include those that have had their homes destroyed, those that have been tortured and the young people that will grow up in a destroyed country.
I pray that God helps those that are suffering and that the evil lies that we are fed are dispelled and that truth prevails. Please stay strong and keep on doing what you are doing. God bless.

Hi, I just read your debate on IOL. It was very discouraging but not surprising. Rarely, does any country get its freedom without the help from others. We certainly would have never gotten ours without the French. Many others could be named as examples. Of course no one likes another country occupying their own, but Iraq would fall to another dictator, probably even worse than Saddam, if we left right now. There is no doubt in my mind. I now see why so many Islamic countries have dictators. All human beings who become leaders seem to become corrupted, some worse than others, if you give them too much power, so we can't even begin to imagine what one of the terrorists, who are already corrupted, would be like if given the power over people. True, the US has been friends with some it should not have been friends with. In the case of Saddam, I feel it is unfair to bring up the past as you and most other Muslims from the Islamic world constantly do. It was a different time and a different situation. No one knew at the time how horrifying Saddam was going to turn out to be and at the time we were siding with a lesser evil, which seems to be the case in most middle eastern events. As for the US giving Saddam the okay to attack Kuwait, that is nothing but Muslim propaganda. You say our gov is horrible and lies, and I agree. I think all of the leaders in the world are corrupt to a certain degree. But the entire world knows that the Muslim world has lived on nothing but propaganda/conspiracy theories/lies for many years now. We are not blind to our gov's faults. You ask most people in the free world if they trust their leaders & they will probably laugh. The free world takes every single word our leaders say, have experts in whatever they have talked about that agree and disagree with whatever they have said on the news debating every single word our leaders ever say. In spite of the propaganda in the Muslim world, the free media does an awesome job at investigating and reporting the truth as best as they can. Of course that is harder to do in other parts of the world and I am in no way saying the free media doesn't have any faults, but they definitely report the truth much better than the Islamic dictator-ran countries. I have read some of the newspapers from the Islamic dictator-ran countries and find things I can definitely prove are lies beyond a shadow of a doubt every time I read them. No, America did not give the go ahead for Saddam to attack Kuwait. There would be no reason for us to do something like that, for one thing. No matter what the USA does or does not do, to Muslims like you, we are ALWAYS damned if we do and damned if we don't. I was for the war in Iraq, not only b/c I felt, and still feel, Saddam was a very big threat to us but b/c I felt that the Iraqis would want freed from Saddam. Regardless of what our gov may or may not want, the majority of Americans care about the Iraqi people, and all people, for that matter. Saddam was definitely involved in 9/11/01. Some of the victim's families of 9/11 sued Saddam for being involved in 9/11 and a federal court of law found him guilty, which is not an easy thing to do in a US court of law. There is tons of evidence that Saddam was involved in the 1993 bombing of the WTC, too. He tried to assasinate one of our presidents. And Saddam was involved in a failed terrorists attack on us, too. So, you are very wrong about Saddam not being involved in 9/11. Even other countries had intelligence that Saddam wanted to attack us and they had intelligence that some of Saddam's top leaders did in fact meet with some of Al Qaeda's top leaders. That is a fact that isn't going to go away no matter how much propaganda the Muslim world screams out. You mentioned Rawanda & why the US did not help them. Here's one out of hundreds of things the Muslim world constantly screams out that has made me realize that we are always damned if we do and damned if we don't when it comes to the Muslim world. Also, the UN does many of these things, yet the Muslim world always blames the US. Why? Because the Muslims want to rule over the world with Islam & they want to have the power the USA has so they can do that. This is the true reason the Muslim world hates the USA. You want to do exactly what you "accuse" the USA of doing. Only the USA has no desire to rule the world. We do not even like being the police of the world, but for some reason, have been put in this role, oftentimes by the Muslim world themselves. The Muslim world believes way too many things without having any proof to back up their propaganda. You have allowed the terrorists to grow in your countries. You will take up for any Muslim or someone calling themselves a Muslim that puts down Israel/the USA/the west, and then allow them to get by with literally murder. You complain that our leaders were not punished for the torturing in Iraqi prisons, yet the Muslim world punishes no one; you even take up for those that mutilate the bodies of innocent people and those that purposely blow up innocent people every single day which allows them to continue to murder many other innocent people. They do this just to go against the USA, but it will come back to haunt your world. The Muslim world constantly blames everyone else in the world for their problems & wants to constantly see themselves as the poor, pitful victims of the world. At first, I felt the Muslim world's pain and bought into the victimization game myself, but it is clear to me now that you bring it all on yourselves. It is your fault for your homegrown Muslim terrorists who have been killing people now for over 50 years. It is very clear to me now that all of your problems are self-inflicted. If you never admit it is your own fault, then you can never, ever face & fix your problems. Your dictators are even your own fault & I can even see why Saddam had to be so brutal at times. Saying we want to stay in Iraq is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard and is nothing but more Muslim propaganda. Saying all we want is oil is more Muslim propaganda. The USA could never stay in any free country without them really wanting us there to keep the peace. The UN was almost soley formed to keep dictators like Saddam from taking other countries. If the US really wanted to take over the world, and there is no way that we do, we would just take your countries and have all of the oil we wanted. We were already getting oil from Iraq via the oil for food program, so if the only reason we went into Iraq was b/c of the oil, why would we take such a chance to lose what we were already getting? We know how the Muslim world is & knew that chances were that we would lose that oil. All we want is for Muslims to be happy people so they will stop hating and killing so many people. Successful, free people leads to happy people who do not have hate schools, teaching their children to hate and want to blow themselves up, killing as many innocent people as possible, from day-one, which is the biggest form of child abuse I have ever witnessed, by the way. Anyway, I can certainly now see why we are friends of your dictators. I suppose our gov has always known it could be much worse in the Muslim world. Islam's system is a surefire recipe for producing dictators, by the way; therefore, your dictators are no one else's fault but your own. The Islamic system gives way too much power to one or just a few leaders & this is the true reason why so many Islamic countries have dictators. And if the western world says one word against your dictators, the Muslim world goes nuts, putting us down for talking against your leaders. So, I am certain most of the world thought that your dictators are exactly what you have always wanted. The Muslim world had dictators during its empire days and it has them now. It is no one else's fault but their own. If the terrorists ever end up becoming your dictators, and they more than likely will if the US/UN stay out of your affairs, then the entire world will suffer greatly, but the Muslim world will suffer even more than anyone else does. If you thought Saddam was bad, wait until these demonic followers become your leaders. It is no longer an us against them world. Muslims are involved in 19 of the 22 armed conflicts in the world. Since the world started paying attention to what all is happening in it, we have seem Muslims killing Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, etc., on at least a weekly basis, all over the world. Muslims are trying their best to form their ummah. If they ever did that, then they would try to take over the world. There is no doubt that most Muslims think Islam tells them to fight until they rule the world. There is no doubt this is exactly what they're trying to do. And no one else is to blame for the horrifying image the world has of Islam/Muslims at this point in time and this is, also, no one else's fault but your own. The leaders of the free world tell us Islam is a peaceful religion, but the actions of Muslims tell us a very different story. Yeah, Islam is a peaceful religion if and when they are ruling over all others and everyone gives up without a fight when they come to conquer their countries. Islam, or any other religion, has no right whatsoever to rule over anyone. God did not, for some reason, give any of us absolute proof that our religion is the one and only true religion. For this very reason, Muslims have no right to rule over anyone. If you think the world is totally against the USA, you need to take a look at how the world feels about Islam/Muslims at this point in time. There is no doubt Muslim extremists/terrorists, which are clearly much more than just a handful of Muslims that our leaders keep tell us there are, are much more hated and are a much greater threat to the world than the USA. It is only the most horrifying crimes this generation has ever known that tells us Muslim terrorists/extremists are a great threat to the free world. You will never take our freedom. Polls done on Muslims living in the free world show that Muslims living in the free world want a separation of religion and government, so it would be only about 10 to 15% of the population in the world (Muslims) fighting against 85 to 90% of the world's population. You think you have God on your side? Well, think about all of the horrifying natural disasters in the Muslim world over the last few years. And, believe me, I do not think God is very happy with us, either, but it is very clear that He is certainly not happy with the Muslim world, either, and hasn't been for a very long time. Muslims try to brush this off by thinking God is angry at them because these countries are friends with the free world, but it is exactly the opposite. When Christians finally realized they should treat all human beings equally and love everyone, this is when God blessed them with wonderful lives. Muslims need to see and realize this is what God really wants. It is very arrogant and very wrong to think God wants any people to force a religion on anyone else and to rule over people with any religion. He wants us all to come to Him on our own free will; otherwise, He will end up with a bunch of satans in heaven. Muslims seem to think of everything else in the world that God wants them to do but the right thing. Muslims had their "glory days" and it was only a short time in history that they did treat Christians, Jews, Hindus, etc., good. This is what you should look at. When the Muslim leaders oppressed the Christians, Jews, etc., their empire may have still been standing, but the countries they were over were in ruins and the people poverty stricken, living very miserable lives and the Ottoman Empire was the eyesore of the world for a very long time and stood for a very long time only because Europe allowed it to still stand. So, Muslims thinking God wants them to control others, conquer with their swords as they did before and treat people of other religions like second class citizens angers God more than anything else in the world, obviously. The God that I know is too fair and just to ever want a religion that has no proof it is the one and only true religion in the world to rule the world. Muslims feeling this way has only caused their world to be full of nothing but wars, hate and lies, all of which are very self-destructive. When Muslims finally learn we are all just human beings on this earth, all of us making many mistakes and doing wrong at times when we do not mean to do wrong; when Muslims finally learn they have at the very least done just as wrong as everyone else in the world and are very far from being holier-than-thou; when Muslims learn to forgive others for very human mistakes, and they finally quit blaming the rest of the world for their self-inflicted problems and they learn to quit believing so many conspiracy theories/lies, only then will Muslims see God improve their world greatly, because love cannot grow in your world without forgiveness and only hate can grow with lies and arrogance, and only when Muslims learn to correct these problems will Muslims ever be important players in the world and live happy, prosperous lives. There was a time when it was normal for others to fight to conquer other countries. That no longer happens in today's world. It is no longer an us against them world. We are all God's children and God wants us all to love and forgive one another.

The boutique prison war crimes that have been leaking out over the last few months haven't really been occupying that much space in mainstream media. Keep posting whatever you hear or can translate about it, you really are filling a niche.

(Meanwhile more prisons are being built, evidently Saddam's infrastructure wasn't enough to supplement what the US has in mind. It's sickening watching mainstream news organisations trying to rat out fuzzy election stories from unconfirmed sources while this is going on).

Religion. Blah. No one stands on a higher soap box than a self righteous religious person, blinded to any truths outside of their religion (be it Muslim or Christian)- these idiots want us all to live like we're in the 12th century. Freedom FROM religion is the building block of a good democrat and free society. The only laws should be don't hurt others or their property. When a society chooses to make another person's morals or opinions into law, freedom dies. Yes, you may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one ~ Imagine
